We sponsor Master Classes where local students have an opportunity to learn from some of the world's  leading artists in drama, music and dance.

We also sponsor a Young People Series.  We present dramatic and musical productions gratis to the Danville Public Schools' Middle and High School students .

Arts & Humanities offers two college scholarships annually for students pursuing arts-related studies in the names of Whittington Clement and Charles Hawkins in recognition of their support of the arts in our area.

Our Performing Arts Series, co-sponsored by Danville Parks, Recreation & Tourism, is funded in part by grants from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.   The Young People Series is funded, in part, by grants from the Morotock Arts & Cultural Endowment Fund of the Community Foundation of the Dan River Region, the Womack Foundation, and Local Government Challenge Grant.
